One of the appeals of starting a small business is the new opportunity it offers to create something memorable that makes a difference, building that “truly better mousetrap”. Profitability is essential, but recognition is that frosting on the cake offering that approval from customers and the public which motivates effective and sustained teamwork that even money can’t buy.
This month will focus on Mediafly, the company ranked #1 in the small business category by Crain’s Chicago as the best places to work locally. This enterprise software provider offering sales enablement technology has built an exceptional culture that continues to thrive as it scales in a high growth environment. We'll learn how it delivers a unique human touch to tech for both clients and employees.
