The Workplace of the Future

From the gig economy to telecommuting and a millennial generation workforce, the environment within which work gets done is a key determinant of what can be accomplished. And the manner in which a business owner can shape the organizational context within an evolving social and economic background can separate the winners from losers.

This month will feature a consultant/coach with extensive new venture experience as both principal and consultant who has skillfully navigated the intersection of technology and business. He will share his expectations on the inputs that will be available to entrepreneurs in the coming decades and the preparations to make know to apply them most effectively.

Speaker:

Tomer Yogev, Tandem Spring http://www.tandemspring.com/tomer-yogev/

Having been directly involved in the launch of fourteen companies, Tomer has advised many more entrepreneurs on strategy, operations, leadership and culture as well as speaking/publishing on such topics. Enabling technological innovation, he has also participated in multiple acquisitions, served in interim executive roles and worked in venture capital. He earned his BS at Northwestern U and MBA at Chicago Booth.

Moderator: Greg Gocek
